Carbon Valley Ammbassador Committee
WHAT IS AN AMBASSADOR, AND WHAT DO THEY DO?
Ambassadors actively promote the Carbon Valley Chamber of Commerce in the business community by referring prospective members to the Chamber and working with new Chamber members to connect them to the organization and existing members to help them stay involved.
Ambassadors have a high-visibility role within the Chamber, serving as hosts at Chamber events and activities. They greet and introduce new members and guests to Chamber members, answer questions about membership and participation, and represent the Chamber by attending business celebrations, mixers, and other Chamber events.
Ambassadors are liaisons to new members, who make follow-up contact within the first few months after joining the Carbon Valley Chamber to maximize a positive Chamber experience. Ambassadors orient new members about ways in which to become connected and promote their respective businesses.
The Ambassador committee is open to all Chamber members. Meetings are the first Thursday of the month at 7:30 am, RE/Max Momentum, Frederick. For more information contact the Chamber office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 303.833.5933.
