Credibility We pride ourselves on the
quality of our members. As a member of our Chamber you
receive the credibility of Chamber membership.
Referrals Members receive preferred
referrals on inquiries about area businesses and
services. Each month the Chamber receives a number of
calls looking for area information. As a Chamber member
you are at the top or our referral list.
Networking Each month the Chamber
hosts a Monthly Member Business Luncheon and Business
After Hours gatherings. These events serve as a way for
you to network and become familiar with other area
businesses.
Ribbon Cuttings New Chamber members and
existing members who are relocating or expanding their
businesses are invited to hold a Ribbon Cutting
Ceremony. This is a great way to get the word out that
you're in town! The photo is published in the Carbon
Valley Farmer Miner newspaper and announced in the
Chamber newsletter.
Website listing Your business receives
listing on our Members list on our website with a link
to your business website should you have one.
Membership Directory Your business receives
one free listing in our Carbon Valley Chamber of
Commerce Community Guide.
CVCC Newsletter You receive a monthly
Chamber of Commerce Newsletter that keeps you updated
with the monthly activities of other chamber members and
important town/city events.
Monthly Business Classes
As a chamber member you can attend training classes
designed to assist all Carbon Valley businesses.

Bulk Mailing Permit As a member you are
invite to use the bulk-mailing permit, courtesy of the
Carbon Valley Recreation Center.
Map Project Zadel Realty and the
Consumer Report work in conjunction with the CVCC to
produce a map of the Carbon Valley. This map serves as a
guide for visitors and locals. It also provides members
another marketing opportunity.
Welcome Bags This program consists of
volunteer members who help stuff our "Welcome Bags" with
information or items you have provided us about your
businesses. These packets are then given to each town
hall in the Carbon Valley, and then passed to new
residents and businesses in the area. This is exciting
because the potential exposure for your business is
huge!
LEADS Group Leads Groups meet twice
monthly to exchange contacts and encourage collaboration
between members. They are an excellent way to network
with other business members. There is no charge to
participate in the leads groups.
Visibility As a Chamber member you
are invited to display your business cards and brochures
in our new Chamber office. Get the maximum visibility
for your printed materials - and it's only for Chamber
members.
