Description
United Way and partners are convening community-wide stategic planning conversations in four focus areas, beginning in March 2018 and proceeding for the next 12-15 months. We want all that work in these areas involved in the process so that we can be more strategic in bringing about the best possible results for our most vulnerable Weld County residents.
The focus areas are:
1.) Early Childcare (ages0-8)
2.) Youth development (ages 9-24)
3.) Homelessness/Household Stability
4.) Seniors in services (ages 60+)
IMPORTANT: If you are an agency seeking United Way funding in the future, you must have a representative--employee, board member, volunteer, etc.--at one of these orientaitons. All four orientations will be the same and address all four focus areas. So you need only attend one orientation. You may have more than one person from your agency attend an orientation.
